Kelso RFC currently have two senior mens squads. Our 1st XV play in to top tier of Scottish Rugby in the Scottish Premiership. Kelso Sharks (2nd XV) play in the recently formed Border Junior league. Kelso also compete in the annual King of the 7s which takes place in August, April & May. 

The senior section of the club has seen some success in recent years with our 1st XV winning National 1 during the 2022/23 season. In the same year Kelso Sharks won East Reserve League 2. Our 1st XV then went on to finish 4th in the Premiership, the following season, losing to strong Hawick team in the playoff. Finally, Kelso RFC were recently crowed Kings of the 7s in 2024. This was the first time the club have been Kings of the 7s since 1998. 

Both squads train on a Tuesday & Thursday, 6.30pm start down at Poynder Park. Our Senior men also train up at Kelso High School 3G pitch during the winter month. 

Kelso 1st XV & Kelso Sharks fixtures take place on a Saturday afternoon or a Friday evening.
