Pleased to announce the appointment of new head coach Gary Stevens. Gary, who holds a ancestry visa joins from New Zealand professional provincial side Tasman Makos, where he has been with the union for a number of years both as a professional player (back) and as a coach.
Gary's coaching roles have included 1st XV head coach, high performance academy manager, NZ U20's selector and Makos 7's coach just to name a few!
He will be arriving for pre season and having spoken to him over the past few weeks, I believe he will be a massive addition to the senior rugby program, club and community. We wish Gary and his family the best of luck in his new role and home in Kelso!
