Creating Hope Award

Over the past few months Kelso RFC have been working towards 'Creating Hope Award' to continue the work on supporting our members & supporters with their Mental Health & Wellbeing.


15 people ranging from Committee Members and Senior men to Under 18 Boys , Youth Rugby (boys & girls) and mini rugby completed the Informal Level training to become Mental Health & Wellbeing Advocates. We also have a new Wellbeing notice board in the clubrooms with further information on support for our membership.


We would like to say thank you to all our Mental Health & Wellbeing Advocates for completing the online training, we will update members on those individuals in the coming weeks.
