Kelso RFC RugbyForce

To kick start the 2023/24 season we will be taking part in Rugbyforce again this year.

We have a number of opportunities for players, coaches, volunteers, members and supporters to get involved.

On Thursday 10th August will be supporting Kelso in bloom with their monthly community litter pick round the town. This is open to anyone involved at the club who would like to help keep the streets of Kelso litter free. 6pm meet down at Kelso Square. (No sign up required)

On Friday 11th August will be running a Come & Try Walking Rugby session at Poynder Park, 10.30am-11.30am. Walking rugby is mainly targeted towards our older members & supporters (over 50) to enjoy some gentle exercise and then come into clubrooms for a cup of tea/coffee some biscuits and blether. Hopefully off the back off this come & try we can start to grow a new section of the club. We will have more details about sign up for walking rugby in the coming weeks.

If you would like to know more about walking rugby please follow the link below.

Finally, on Sunday 13th August we ask that people come down from 10.30am to help with a general tidy up on Poynder Park before we kick off the new season. There will be coffee/teas and breakfast rolls for those volunteers who make it down to help.

Lots of opportunities for members and supporters to help your local community and rugby club. We need as many people as possible to help prepare for another big season down at Kelso RFC.
